Zolotoj Kolos has stood for fine bakery and confectionery craftsmanship from Deggendorf, in the heart of Bavaria, since 2013. What began with a clear vision and a genuine passion for quality has grown into a trusted partner for premium baked goods and confectionery products.

From the very beginning, our goal has remained the same: to combine traditional craftsmanship with modern ideas and to create products defined by taste, quality, and attention to detail. Today, our portfolio includes more than 100 standard items, ranging from classic cakes and delicate pastries to tailored solutions for retail, hospitality, and special occasions.

We place great value on carefully selected ingredients, consistent quality, reliable service, and production standards that unite enjoyment with professionalism. Our products serve customers across Germany and throughout Europe.

Since 2026, the company has become part of Monolith and now operates under the new name Monolith Bakery & Confectionery. This marks a new stage in our development, combining our established confectionery expertise with the strength of an internationally positioned group of companies and enabling us to focus even more strongly on quality, innovation, and sustainable growth.
